Mark your calendar for the 31st Annual KSIA Conference, happening July 10-11, 2025, at Distillery 244 in Wichita, Kansas (244 N. Mosley Street). With an anticipated attendance of approximately 120 professionals, this is a prime opportunity to showcase your products and services.

To reserve your spot as a Sponsor and/or an Exhibitor for the KSIA 2025 Annual Conference, we kindly ask that you register online. Spaces are filled on a first-come, first-served basis. You must register online to reserve your space. We cannot accept verbal commitments, to keep things fair for everyone.

Each exhibitor will receive a 6' table, clothed and skirted, along with two chairs. While there won’t be pipe and drape dividers, you’re welcome to personalize your space to make it your own—just please keep in mind your neighboring exhibitors to ensure everyone has a great experience.

Hotel Accommodations

Conference attendees can reserve rooms at the Hotel at Oldtown with a special KSIA rate:

$155/single queen
$165/single king

To book, call 316-267-4800 and mention KSIA to receive the discounted rate. The reservation deadline is June 20, 2025—after this date, rooms are subject to availability at standard rates.

Cancellation Policy

Cancellations received on or before July 1, 2025, will be refunded minus a $50 administrative fee.
No refunds will be issued for cancellations received after July 1, 2025.
